Upon full payment, the client receives full rights to the final website files. BBZ Websites retains the right to showcase work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

TERMS OF SERVICE

By purchasing any web design package from BBZ Websites, you agree to the following terms:

1. Scope of Work

BBZ Websites provides AI-assisted web design services as outlined in the selected pricing tier. Deliverables include design, layout, copywriting, and basic integrations as specified.

2. Payment Terms

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upfront to begin work.
The remaining 50% balance is due upon final delivery of the website.
Final files, hosting setup, or transfer of ownership will not occur until full payment is received.

3. Revisions

Each package includes a set number of revision rounds. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

4. Timeline

5. Ownership & Licensing

Upon full payment, the client receives full rights to the final website files. BBZ Websites retains the right to showcase work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

7. No Guarantee of Business Outcomes

BBZ Websites provides professional web design services intended to enhance online presence and user experience. However, we do not guarantee increased traffic, improved sales, higher conversion rates, or any specific business outcomes as a result of our work.

Clients acknowledge that business performance depends on multiple factors beyond website design, including marketing strategy, product quality, customer service, and market conditions.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are not provided once work has begun. If a project is canceled mid-way, the initial deposit is retained.
